With the seemingly ever-growing list of places to choose from, Murfreesboro has welcomed yet another restaurant for people to eat at. This September, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe opened a location in Murfreesboro at The Oaks shopping center, right off Medical Center Parkway and down the road from Fountains at Gateway.
This fast-casual restaurant offers people a new taste to the city, as it serves food that is based on the Mediterranean diet. From homemade dips to salad bowls, gyros to pitas, Taziki’s offers a wide variety of foods to choose from. As said on their website,
“Taziki’s is the perfect spot for a healthy, quick lunch or a relaxing Mediterranean dinner accompanied by your favorite glass of wine. We invite you to pull up a chair and join our table with a meal prepared by our personable staff and experience the Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a Southern flair for yourself.”

Our Taziki’s Murfreesboro Review
On the first day that Taziki’s opened in Murfreesboro, the Alpyne team headed from our office at the Fountains at Gateway to the new Taziki’s, which is a very convenient and short trip from the Fountains. Upon first walking into this new location, we immediately noticed a beautiful and welcoming layout and interior design.
The staff was very friendly. As we have eaten at several different Taziki’s across Middle Tennessee, including the locations in Nolensville, Green Hills, and Brentwood, we already had an idea of our favorite menu items. We opted for the chicken kabobs and chicken roll-ups.
