The Interagency Task Force on Illegal Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) Trade, a part of the AIM Act, held its inaugural meeting in March of 2022. We will talk about what has been seized and the enforcement actions taken.

Refrigerant Cylinder Ban

Several industry groups are challenging the refrigerant cylinder ban issue contained in the AIM Act. There’s a lawsuit that has been filed. We will go over what this entails.
