A Nashville Video Production for StoneX Agriculture & Dairy
Alpyne Strategy partnered with StoneX Group Inc. to deliver full turnkey video production for their Agriculture & Dairy Conference Outlook in Nashville, TN. StoneX is one of the world's leading institutional financial service networks, connecting clients to global commodities, securities, and foreign exchange markets across more than 180 countries. Their global marketing team needed a videography crew capable of handling the full production scope, which included pre-production planning, production, and post-production services.
From preproduction through final delivery, the Alpyne crew handled every stage of the production, capturing the conversations and insights that define one of the financial industry's premier commodity conferences. Our team managed camera operations across conference sessions, capturing keynote presentations, breakout discussions, and the energy of the conference.
The hotel ballroom presented competing ambient audio from adjacent breakout rooms, which we managed by positioning mics close to each speaker and isolating tracks in post. Additionally, there were variable lighting conditions, which required our team to adjust per the room lighting, windows, and as well as the digital displays in the venue.
In addition to the event coverage, we also produced a series of on-camera customer testimonials with conference attendees and StoneX Hedge platform users, gathering feedback on the conference experience as well as feedback on their StoneX Hedge software platform. StoneX Hedge is a part of StoneX, which is a grain tracking and accounting software, giving users access to up-to-date data with seamless ERP integration, contract management, and grain trading management.
William D. Ortlieb served as the creative director and producer, coordinating the creative direction, gear and equipment, with the StoneX team through all phases of the production process. Final deliverables were performed by local Nashville hiring and labor, produced in-house at our Nashville studio, including color grading, audio mixing, and formatting for digital distribution. Our videography production efforts were made into a promotional piece to promote their conference series for the 2027 year.

Corporate Event Video in Nashville for Showroom Grand Opening
This production showcases and documents the grand opening of the kitchen design showroom, Hermitage Kitchen Gallery, in Wedgewood-Houston, Nashville, TN. Audio, filming, lighting, and editing was all done by our Nashville videographers.
The Wedgewood-Houston location required coordination with the venue's event staff to work around the live musical performance while maintaining clean audio on the speaking segments. We had dedicated audio operators on both the stage area and the floor simultaneously. Our microphones synchronized with the artist's amplifier and microphone, which allowed us to direct feed the audio into a recorder and use in the post-production process. Directly feeding our audio into our recorder provided crisp, clear vocals from the band, including the instruments such as the bass and drums.
We worked with the team on the planning of the show and as well as booking our musical artists to perform at this event. This turned out to be a cinematic masterpiece that will be remembered by the local Nashville construction community for years to come.

Cameras and Lenses
Camera and lenses all serve a different purpose to tell your story. We have wide angle lenses, prime lenses, and zoom lenses to support making your event, show, or commercial a success.
We operate on the Sony FX-series cinema cameras, including the FX3, FX30, and FX6 and capture multi-track audio using Rode and Sennheiser wireless systems, and lights from Aputure, NanLite, and more. Additionally, for hooking up to a venue or artists mixer, we bring a recorder by Zoom which captures environment audio as well as direct feed via XLR cords.
For conference and multi-camera productions, we can synchronize your stage audio via direct feed into a separate, independent recording device via an XLR cable. Additionally, each camera bodies has a dedicated audio feeds per subject, so every speaker has a clean isolated track regardless of what’s happening in the room.
Microphones and Audio
Audio is an art. Depending on your project, your audio setup can vary greatly. We are equipped with lavalier microphones, boom mics, shotgun mics, interview mics, and podcast mics. At Alpyne Strategy we make recording easy. Depending on your specific recording environment, we can accommodate to your audio needs. We are equipped with the latest gear from Sennheiser, Shure, Zoom, and Rode.
A lavalier mic is a recommended for quick shooting, run and gun setups; a shotgun mic from Sennheiser is for more corporate, professional setting that remove the need to show any microphones on the speaker’s shirt and our team takes a boom pole and captures the audio from the speaker without showing the microphone on camera; and, a podcast microphone from Shure can either be placed on the table or attached to an arm.
Computers & Editing Software
Our team is trained in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Davinci Resolve. We understand editing teams may have a preference upon handover. The Alpyne headquarters runs the latest Apple iOS software and hardware on the latest chips to ensure industry-leading turn around times.

Contact us by calling us at (615) 323-3126 or by contacting us online. We will briefly discuss your needs and walk you through our approach, process, and the next steps. This initial call typically lasts 15-30 minutes.
2: Fill Out Intake Form
We will provide with you a Customer Intake Form before our formal strategy meeting, where we will discuss your best options to make your project success and a proposal of service from the Alpyne team.
3: Preproduction Meeting
We will then coordinate with you and your team the necessary shots, scripts, lighting, and equipment selection for your unique project. This is what differentiates an experienced Nashville videographer from a novice.
4: Film Your Project
The most exciting yet chaotic part of the process, production. We roll in the professional cinema-quality equipment, crew, and a directors eye to your location.
